Basant Overseas has a fully integrated 125,000 sq.ft. manufacturing (sq meters) unit and the factory set up has been assembled under the guidance of experienced industry experts. This allows us to test production techniques and fully develop and commercialize the innovative products of our clients under one roof. We pride ourselves in creating solutions for our client however complex and unique in its design and production.

BACKWARD INTEGRATION

Our years of experience in Leather footwear manufacturing are the catalyst to an integrated system wherein the most important component system processes are catered to in-house. With these systems in place we provide an advanced level of solution keeping control over quantity and reducing the overheads and time lapse.

Quality insoles with correct technical standards have always been an essential part of comfort, casuals as well as high fashion footwear. Insoles have always been the vertebra of the shoe upon which the entire structure rests. Acknowledging the importance of insole we have established an elaborate and ultra modern insole unit at our factory.

Keeping up with the ever changing global demands of the high-end fashion brands, we have a state of the art PREFAB sole unit.

At Basant Overseas pristine quality CRUST – Leather and suede are procured from the best tanneries. Our finishing unit gives us the advantage of finishing leather in small/large quantities with top quality using compliant finishes.

Basant Corporation is regarded as a reputed Leather trader both locally and internationally, offering our clients and customers a great selection of variety of leather at very competitive prices. Our in-house Leather Display Showroom enables us to visually offer selections to each client.
